Computer Maintenance

A maintenance package is where, you pay a fixed monthly cost to cover hardware and software failures. Our packages cover the replacement of components, call out charges and Labour. All you pay is one fixed low monthly cost per machine.

 

An initial evaluation charge is levied, which is then refunded on signup of the contract.

 

Discounts will be allowed for SME and more than 5 computers on a single site.

 

GT Connection has the following Maintenance packages for SME and home users.

 

Hardware only

Only repair the hardware components. Software is reloaded on Hard Drive failure only.

This would cover the Callout Cost, Labour and Spares.

Any software related costs will be charged at preferential rates:

Preferential Labour and travel rates:

Labour R155 per hour  (R210 normal)

Travel R1.80 per km    (R2.10 normal)

Software only

We assist the user with any software problems.

We will reload the computer with licensed software, applications and drivers.

We limit you on the number of Callouts, all labour and callouts are inclusive in the contract).

You need to pay for the spares / components used.

We will repair any problems on your computer. All hardware will be replaced at no additional charge. We will repair any software issues.
